Fresh Look

Cleanse, tone and moisturize – the first three steps before applying make up.  Fourth is to sanitize my hands.  Since I do not use brush when applying make up to my own face, I always sanitize.
For my face, I use MAC studio fix fluid.  I love MAC foundation because it is less difficult to blend and doesn’t dry out easily.  I put a small amount into my finger tips and apply / distribute to my face in dots.  Then I gently blend the foundation using my fingertips.

After applying foundation, concealer’s next.  I use MAC concealer in pot.  I apply concealer in dark areas like under the eyes, and other areas that usually appear redness.

I use my ring finger and gently blend.  I am always careful when applying concealer in my under eye area, as I do not want to harm my eyes and skin because it is extra sensitive.

To set the liquid foundation and concealer, I use pressed powder or two – way foundation.  This will actually make it look matte.

In my previous post, is the eyebrow tutorial.  After I set the foundation, I immediately fix my brows before applying any eyeshadow.
For my eyes, on a regular basis, I don’t use any eyeshadow.  Or if I’m going to apply, I use very light shade of brown.

Liquid eyeliner comes next.  I apply a very thin liner at first, then make it a little thicker on my second application.  This allows me to control the thickness that I prefer.

Next is mascara!  I am so blessed with long lashes (thank you Lord!), and I do not use any falsies, except when I am doing smokey eyes.  I curl my lashes for about 15 – 20 seconds.

After mascara, I apply blush.  I usually use light pink when I am doing the “fresh” look.
For my lips, my fave is MAC in Blankety.  I do not use lip gloss when wearing Blankety as it appears semi-glossy.

That completes “fresh” look!
